1. Introduction

Welcome to PayForm. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using PayForm, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Description of Service

PayForm provides a digital form-building platform that allows users (Merchants) to create custom forms for donations, event registrations, and other payment-related purposes. We facilitate the collection of funds via integrated third-party payment gateways.

3. Account Registration & Prohibited Conduct

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• Prohibited Use: You agree NOT to use PayForm for collecting payments related to gambling, illegal substances, unauthorized charities, pyramid schemes, or any activity that violates Indian law or our payment partner policies.
• We reserve the right to suspend any account suspected of fraudulent activity immediately.

4. Pricing & Platform Fees

PayForm does not charge a fixed monthly subscription fee for basic usage. Instead, we operate on a tiered processing fee model applied during fund withdrawal (Payouts). These fees are transparently displayed in your dashboard and are subject to change with prior notice.

5. Settlement & Payout Policy

Funds collected through your published forms are held in a secure virtual wallet within the PayForm platform. You can request a withdrawal (Settlement) to your verified Bank Account or UPI ID at any time.

• Processing Timeline: Payout requests are typically processed within 24 to 48 business hours.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ₹20.00
• Fee Structure (Bank/UPI): Based on the withdrawal amount, a processing fee of ₹10 to ₹17 will be deducted as per the tiered schedule shown on the withdrawal screen.
• Mode: All bank settlements are processed via IMPS for immediate credit after approval.

6. Donor & Attendee Payments

PayForm acts as a facilitator. Any disputes regarding the purpose of a form (e.g., an event cancellation or donation use) must be resolved between the Form Creator and the Payer directly. PayForm is not responsible for the end-service delivery of the Form Creator.

7. Limitation of Liability

PayForm shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service, or for any transaction disputes between users.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to our platform for users who violate these terms or engage in activities that cause reputational or financial harm to PayForm.
