PayForm provides the software for users to collect payments using third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe). We are not responsible for processing refunds between form creators (merchants) and their customers.
If you made a payment through a form hosted on PayForm and want a refund, please contact the creator of the form (the merchant) directly. Their individual refund policies will apply.
Form creators are strictly responsible for managing chargebacks and disputes initiated by their customers. PayForm reserves the right to suspend accounts with unusually high dispute rates.
To cancel your PayForm subscription, please navigate to your dashboard settings or contact our support team. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the platform features until the end of your billing cycle.
