PayForm provides form-building and payment-collection software. If you encounter technical issues with our platform, please contact our support team. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for any platform-related subscription errors or service failures.

2. Transactions via Forms (Donor & Payer Refunds)

PayForm acts as a technology platform for Form Creators (Merchants) to collect money. We are not responsible for processing refunds between Form Creators and their customers/donors.

• Payers must contact the **Form Creator** (the person or organization who created the form) directly for any refund requests.
• Refunds for payments made through a form are subject to the individual refund policy of the Form Creator.

3. Settlement & Payout Disputes

If a payout (withdrawal) request from your PayForm wallet fails or is not credited to your account, please reach out to us at payform@sandpra.com.

• Refund Processing Timeline: Approved refunds for platform-related charges are processed within 5-7 working days and will be credited to the original source of payment.

4. Cancellation Process

Users may stop using the PayForm platform at any time. Any pending balances in the wallet must be withdrawn before account closure, subject to verification and platform fees.
